  Absolutely the worst experience. I despise that I even have to give 1 star to these people. They showed up 1 hour ahead of the window provided. Was rude and unfriendly right from the start. Did not take their shoes off at the door and tracked dirty snow through my kitchen. Looked under my sink and after 30 seconds refused to do the installation of my dishwasher which I ordered from Home Depot. They left without a second thought about the situation they were leaving me in. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service which will prevent me from EVER doing business with Home Depot or their miserable delivery service ever again.
  
  Ended up going with a real appliance store who gave me a higher quality dish washer with immediate delivery making these jokers look like true amateurs. Makes me wonder why I ever considered not going this direction in the first place. Lesson learned.
